I've been waiting for just the right day to pull out my Chacos. This morning I decided it was Spring.
People were outside today. Eating, studying, talking. This afternoon I found some low-traffic steps and leaned back in the perfect air, letting the light warm the tops of my legs. I closed my eyes and listened to that chunk of the world for a while, swaddled in the subtlest, kindest breeze you can imagine.
