1. hearing my grandmother's voice over the phone. she told me I am in the richest part of my life, and you know what, I believed her.

I'm playing in a community orchestra for a Messiah sing-in. the work is simply glorious. did you know: Handel composed it in his best clothes because he felt he was going before his Maker, creating an offering to God. a line that struck me tonight was this: "He is the King of Glory".
